ServerCentral offers its colocation customers the opportunity to utilize our highly-skilled Data Center staff to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair their equipment through our Remote Hands service. The standard rate for Remote Hands is $160/hour, billed in 15-minute increments, 24/7/365, except for Flat Rate services (see More Details for pricing).

ServerCentral security engineers work around the clock to ensure that your firewall is properly maintained. In addition, security analysts work closely with your team to ensure that the right security posture is executed so that your business functions remain fluid while hackers and internet worms are kept at bay.

Network Attached Storage Solutions (NAS)

Let ServerCentral put your fears and concerns to ease by placing your backup functions in the hands of skilled engineers with the talent and passion to keep your data safe and secure. ServerCentral employs dedicated storage systems that are continuously monitored and secured in our state-of-the-art facilities. Servers and autonomous networks are connected to the storage fabric via dedicated connections so that your data is never traversing the public internet. Traffic to and from your systems is always secure and never exposed to other customers. Data is stored according to both individual needs and compliance standards such as Sarbanes-Oxley and Visa CISP.

Monitoring Services

ServerCentral can monitor nearly any service on any platform to ensure optimal functionality of your systems and network devices. Our robust monitoring platform is built upon industry-standard software to provide accurate and instantaneous notification to the Network Operations Center staff that diligently manage notifications and alerts. We monitor systems proactively to avoid service-impacting downtime by checking system compliance from multiple ServerCentral data centers.
